These terms govern your use of nativeanimation.com, the CLI and the code you get through them.
Accounts
You need an account to get any code. Keep your sign-in email and CLI tokens to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Revoke a token from your account page if a machine is lost.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax, VAT and invoices. Prices are in US dollars. All-access is a one-time payment that includes every animation published in the future; it does not expire.
Before paying you confirm that you want immediate access to the source code and, if you are in the European Union, that you lose the right of withdrawal once you download it. Refunds follow the Refund policy.
Use of the code
Your use of the code is governed by the License.
Availability
We may change, improve or retire features of the site. Code you already copied into your projects stays yours under the License.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the License, for example by redistributing the code.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
